Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager โ€“ TEPEZZA

What You Will Do
Represent TEPEZZA to physicians and healthcare professionals; establish product sales; perform total territory account management. Specialty Account Manager provides account management support within a specific geography, driving product demand and coordinating field teams to address account needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop territory business plan to achieve/exceed annual sales goals.
- Promote TEPEZZA within approved labeling consistent with legal/regulatory guidelines.
- Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement by coordinating with stakeholders/matrix teams.
- Build strong customer relationships; communicate customer needs to internal teams.
- Meet/exceed corporate sales goals.
- Communicate territory activity accurately and timely.
- Drive product demand via education on disease state and product information.
- Provide feedback on changing environment and results to leadership and internal teams.
- Adhere to compliance policies/guidelines (including PhRMA code).
- Coordinate with patient services and market access teams to achieve business goals.
- Coordinate between accounts and Amgen field teams to support account needs.
- Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site-of-care options.
- Attend medical congresses and society meetings as needed.
- Manage promotional and operational budget; maximize use of approved resources.
- Complete company training; complete administrative duties accurately and timely.
- Perform other tasks as requested.

Basic Qualifications (Account Manager โ€“ Level 4)
- Bachelorโ€™s + 3 years sales in pharma/biotech/medical device or hospital sales
OR Associate + 6 years
OR High school/GED + 8 years.

Basic Qualifications (Specialty Account Manager โ€“ Level 5)
- Doctorate + 2 years collective account management/sales/commercial
OR Masterโ€™s + 6 years
OR Bachelorโ€™s + 8 years
OR Associate + 10 years.

Preferred Qualifications
- Buy-and-bill and/or biologic/infusion experience (strongly preferred).
- Experience in Endocrinology/Ophthalmology and/or rare/specialty disease states.
- Site-of-care and reimbursement; experience with institutions/IDNs.
- Pharma account management selling experience; coordinate across field teams.
- ~80% travel (may vary), incl. some overnight/weekend commitments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; professional/proactive; strong interpersonal skills; excellent written/verbal communication.

- Annual salary range: Level 4 $145,311โ€“$196,597; Level 5 $158,931โ€“$215,025.
