Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve/exceed sales objectives.
- Promote Tavneos within approved labeling in a fair, balanced, and ethical manner in accordance with compliance guidelines.
- Serve as a disease expert; provide meaningful, patient-centered education on disease state and product information.
- Build and manage relationships with physicians, nurses, office staff, case managers, infusion centers, caregivers.
- Engage diverse healthcare settings (private practices, academic institutions, IDNs, community hospitals, specialty clinics).
- Address patient access, reimbursement, and pull-through challenges with cross-functional field access and patient services teams.
- Coordinate internal matrix teams (e.g., MSLs, Market Access, Nurse Educators, TLLs) to deliver integrated, account-specific solutions.
- Lead/support referral networks and site-of-care pathways for patient initiation and continuity of care.
- Build relationships with local/regional KOLs.
- Provide field insights and market intelligence to cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Use approved tools, peer education, and digital engagement to extend reach.
- Maximize promotional resources and operate within territory budget.
- Represent the company at medical congresses/society meetings/educational events.
- Complete training and administrative responsibilities while upholding policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications:
- Account Manager (Level 4): Bachelor’s + 3 years sales OR Associate + 6 years OR HS/GED + 8 years (pharma/biotech/med device or hospital sales).
- Specialty Account Manager (Level 5): Doctorate + 2 years collective account management/sales/commercial OR Master’s + 6 years OR Bachelor’s + 8 years OR Associate + 10 years.

Preferred:
- Buy-and-bill and/or biologic/infusion experience; ophthalmology and/or rare/specialty disease experience.
- Site-of-care and reimbursement experience; experience with institutions/IDNs.
- Pharma account management selling; ability to coordinate across field teams.
- ~30% travel (may vary), incl. some overnights/weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; professional/proactive; strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
