What You Will Do
- Represent Tavneos to physicians and healthcare professionals to establish product demand and deliver comprehensive account management within a designated territory.
- Serve as a central point of contact for educating medical professionals and external stakeholders on disease-state awareness and product information to support optimal patient care.
- Drive product utilization by identifying and addressing unique needs of each account; build relationships with providers and coordinate cross-functional field teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve/exceed sales objectives.
- Promote Tavneos within approved labeling in a compliant/ethical manner.
- Provide patient-centered education on disease state and product information.
- Build/manage relationships across the patient-care ecosystem (physicians, nurses, office staff, case managers, infusion centers, caregivers).
- Engage diverse healthcare delivery settings (private practices, academic institutions, IDNs, community hospitals, specialty clinics).
- Identify/address patient access, reimbursement, and pull-through challenges with field access and patient services/case managers.
- Coordinate internal matrix teams (e.g., MSLs, Market Access, Nurse Educators, TLLs) for integrated account solutions.
- Support referral networks and site-of-care pathways.
- Develop relationships with local/regional KOLs.
- Provide field insights/market intelligence to cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Use approved tools, peer education, and digital engagement to expand impact.
- Maximize promotional resources within territory budget.
- Represent the company at medical congresses/society meetings/educational events.
- Complete required training and administrative tasks in compliance with company policies.
Basic Qualifications (Account Manager โ Level 4)
- Bachelorโs + 3 years sales OR Associate + 6 years sales OR High school/GED + 8 years sales.
Basic Qualifications (Specialty Account Manager โ Level 5)
- Doctorate + 2 years collective account management/sales/commercial OR Masterโs + 6 years OR Bachelorโs + 8 years OR Associate + 10 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in rheumatology/nephrology and/or rare/specialty disease states.
- Specialty pharmacy experience (strongly preferred).
- Institutional experience; strong scientific/clinical knowledge; interpret clinical data.
- Strategic territory planning; ~30% travel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; professional/proactive, strong interpersonal skills; excellent written/verbal communication.

- Expected annual salary range: Level 4 $145,311โ$196,597; Level 5 $158,931โ$215,025.
