Account Manager / Specialty Account Manager - Rheumatology

Responsibilities:
- Represent TAVNEOS to physicians and health care professionals; establish product sales and perform total territory account management.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve/exceed annual sales goals.
- Promote TAVNEOS within approved labeling and in compliance with legal/regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate access, pull-through, and reimbursement with key stakeholders and matrix team members.
- Build customer relationships; understand and communicate customer needs to internal teams.
- Meet/exceed corporate sales goals; provide timely, accurate territory activity updates.
- Drive product demand via education on disease state and product information.
- Provide feedback to leadership and internal departments on results and changing environment.
- Coordinate with patient services and market access teams; manage promotional/operational budget; maximize use of approved resources.
- Coordinate between accounts and Amgen field teams; educate HCPs/office staff on site-of-care options.
- Attend medical congresses/society meetings as needed; complete training and administrative duties; contribute to high-performance team.

Qualifications:
- Basic (Account Manager – Level 4): Bachelor’s + 3 years sales (pharma/biotech/medical device or hospital sales) OR Associate + 6 years OR HS/GED + 8 years.
- Basic (Specialty Account Manager – Level 5): Doctorate + 2 years account management/sales/commercial OR Master’s + 6 years OR Bachelor’s + 8 years OR Associate + 10 years.
- Preferred: Rare disease/oncology; rheumatology/nephrology/rare-specialty sales; site-of-care and reimbursement; institutions/IDNs; pharma account management coordinating across field teams; ~50% travel (some overnight/weekend); Microsoft Office; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
