Responsibilities:
- Represent TAVNEOS to physicians/healthcare professionals; establish product sales and manage territory accounts.
- Create and execute a territory business plan to achieve/exceed annual sales goals.
- Promote TAVNEOS within approved labeling; drive product demand via education on disease state and product information.
- Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement by coordinating with stakeholders and matrix teams.
- Build customer relationships by understanding needs/goals and communicating them internally.
- Meet/exceed corporate sales goals; report territory activity as directed.
- Provide feedback on changing environments/results to leadership and internal teams.
- Work with patient services and market access; coordinate between accounts and field teams to support account needs.
- Educate healthcare professionals/office staff on site-of-care options.
- Attend medical congresses/society meetings as needed.
- Manage promotional/operational budget; maximize use of approved resources.
- Complete company training; complete administrative duties; contribute to a high-performance team.
Qualifications:
Basic (Account Manager – Level 4): Bachelor’s + 3 yrs sales OR Associate + 6 yrs sales OR HS/GED + 8 yrs sales (pharma/biotech/medical device or hospital sales).
Basic (Specialty Account Manager – Level 5): Doctorate + 2 yrs collective account mgmt/sales/commercial OR Master’s + 6 yrs OR Bachelor’s + 8 yrs OR Associate + 10 yrs.
Preferred:
- Rare disease/oncology; rheumatology/nephrology/rare–specialty disease; site-of-care and reimbursement; institutions/IDNs.
- Pharma account management selling; coordinate across field teams.
- ~50% travel; Microsoft Office proficiency; strong communication/interpersonal skills.
Benefits/Compensation (U.S. expected annual range):
- Account Manager (Level 4) $145,311–$196,597; Specialty Account Manager (Level 5) $158,931–$215,025.
