What You Will Do
- Represent Tavneos to physicians and healthcare professionals; establish product demand and deliver comprehensive account management within a designated territory.
- Serve as a central point of contact for educating medical professionals and external stakeholders on disease state awareness and product information.
- Drive product utilization by identifying and addressing unique needs of each account.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve/exceed sales objectives.
- Promote Tavneos within approved labeling in a fair, balanced, ethical manner.
- Provide patient-centered education on disease state and product information.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across the patient care ecosystem (physicians, nurses, office staff, case managers, infusion centers, caregivers).
- Engage in diverse healthcare settings (private practices, academic institutions, IDNs, community hospitals, specialty clinics).
- Address patient access, reimbursement, and pull-through challenges cross-functionally.
- Coordinate internal matrix teams (MSLs, Market Access, Nurse Educators, TLLs).
- Lead/support referral networks and site-of-care pathways.
- Establish relationships with local/regional KOLs.
- Provide field insights/market intelligence to cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Use approved tools, peer education, and digital channels to extend reach.
- Operate within territory budget; maximize promotional resources.
- Represent the company at medical congresses and educational events.
- Complete training and administrative responsibilities; uphold policies and compliance.

Basic Qualifications — Account Manager (Level 4)
- Bachelor’s + 3 years sales OR Associate + 6 years sales OR HS/GED + 8 years sales.

Basic Qualifications — Specialty Account Manager (Level 5)
- Doctorate + 2 years collective account management/sales/commercial OR Master’s + 6 years OR Bachelor’s + 8 years OR Associate + 10 years.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Rheumatology/Nephrology and/or rare/specialty disease states.
- Specialty pharmacy experience; institutional/provider and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong scientific/clinical knowledge; interpret clinical data.
- Strategic territory planning/execution; ~30% travel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
