Responsibilities:
- Represent TAVNEOS to physicians/healthcare professionals; establish product sales; manage total territory accounts.
- Create and execute a territory business plan to achieve/exceed annual sales goals.
- Promote TAVNEOS within approved labeling (fair/ethical, per legal/regulatory guidelines).
- Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement via key stakeholders/matrix team coordination.
- Drive product demand through education on disease state and product information.
- Build customer relationships; communicate customer needs/goals internally.
- Meet/exceed corporate sales goals; provide timely, accurate territory updates.
- Coordinate between accounts and relevant field teams to meet account needs.
- Educate HCPs and office staff on site-of-care options; attend medical congresses/society meetings as needed.
- Manage within assigned promotional/operational budget; maximize use of approved resources.
- Complete company training; complete administrative duties; contribute to a high-performance team.

Qualifications:
- Account Manager (Level 4): Bachelor’s + 3 yrs sales OR Associate + 6 yrs OR HS/GED + 8 yrs (pharma/biotech/med device or hospital sales).
- Specialty Account Manager (Level 5): Doctorate + 2 yrs collective account mgmt/sales/commercial OR Master’s + 6 yrs OR Bachelor’s + 8 yrs OR Associate + 10 yrs.
- Preferred: rare disease/oncology; rheumatology/nephrology/rare specialty experience; site-of-care & reimbursement; institutions/IDNs; pharma account management coordinating across field teams; ~50% travel; MS Office; strong communication/interpersonal skills.
