Role: Women’s Mental Health Account Manager (field-based)

Responsibilities:
- Support HCPs treating Post-Partum Depression (PPD) by developing and maintaining relationships with OB/GYNs, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric NPs/PAs, Primary Care, and other allied health stakeholders.
- Increase PPD screening; drive PPD-focused initiatives and impact PPD treatment pathways in affiliated health groups/systems.
- Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory.
- Communicate complex clinical data, protocols, screening/treatment pathways, market access policies, and patient support services to HCPs and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Identify and support educational needs and align product offerings to evolving HCP needs in a productive and compliant manner.

Territory/Location:
- Field position covering Mansfield, Arlington, Waco, Granbury, and Burleson, TX (ideal candidate resides in Mansfield or Arlington). Territory includes South Dallas.
- Driving is an essential duty; must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of pharma/specialty/hospital/biotech sales required.
- Strong Women’s Health and launch experience preferred.
- Prior success in Account Management/Group Practice/GPO role preferred.
- Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred.
- Track record of success (e.g., Top 30% ranking over 2+ years, achievement awards).
- Proven ability to drive results in challenging/ambiguous markets.
- Tenacious, collaborative, outside-the-box thinker; customer/patient-focused.
- Support and promote a compliance culture.
- Must reside in territory.

Benefits (as stated):
- Base compensation range: $138,000-$185,000.
