Account Manager, Burn Care

Role: Account Manager, Burn Care responsible for promoting and growing sales of NexoBrid and Epicel within Southern California hospitals. Objectives: achieve or exceed sales targets, strengthen product adoption, and support customer education. Responsibilities: develop strategic territory plans, identify new opportunities, navigate hospital procurement and formulary processes, build relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and partner with internal teams including Clinical Specialists, Market Access, and Medical Affairs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 3–5+ years sales experience in hospital-based specialty healthcare, ideally in burn, wound care, or surgery; proven success in complex hospital sales; understanding of hospital systems, reimbursement, and clinical procedures; strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Preferred: Master’s degree. High-value specifics: focus on burn care products, hospital and operating room environment, clinical engagement, hospital formulary and procurement navigation, and patient welfare. Work setup: territory-based with regular travel within Southern California, including occasional overnight and weekend trips.
