Position Summary
The Account Liaison is responsible for obtaining information required to begin Caris testing, assisting with the specimen acquisition process, and communicating with clients throughout the testing process. Supports assigned accounts/territories and helps build relationships with field teams and clients; requires independent judgment due to impact on the client experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate timely, accurate resolution of 100+ discrepancies per day.
- Quality check new case set-up with 96%+ average.
- Manage service team distribution inbox; answer inbound calls; attach incoming documents to existing cases and patient folders.
- Assist team members to ensure daily caseloads are fully completed.
- Meet departmental deliverables and goals.
- Meet regulatory agency requirements for the role.
- Maintain accurate, complete documentation in client and patient records.
- Support the ACT team and Caris Labs for rapid resolution of client issues.
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and responsiveness.
- Respond to client emails/calls/fax inquiries regarding clinical data, referral tests, analysis, and ordering requirements.
- Solve specimen and case discrepancy issues through problem-solving and analysis.
- Analyze information submitted via Caris requisitions and resolve discrepancies.
- Use laboratory information system and CRM software to enter, gather, and analyze data.
- Provide proactive communication on case concerns/issues.
- Evaluate client concerns/complaints/trends and recommend changes.
- Perform other tasks/projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years client services experience requiring deductive reasoning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic Internet use for business.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years customer support experience.
- 1–3 years laboratory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years experience in physician office/hospital/healthcare setting (highly preferred).
- Proficiency in healthcare/medical terminology.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and importance of patient data privacy.

Other
- Periodic travel; some evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Potential hybrid schedule after 3 months if eligible.
- Pre-employment process includes criminal background check, drug screening, credit check (certain positions), and reference verification.
