Role: The Account Executive for MI Clarity drives awareness, adoption, and utilization of an AI-powered prognostic assay for early-stage HR-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer. Responsibilities include educating healthcare providers on clinical utility, presenting evidence-based data, developing strategic account plans, and building relationships with key oncology stakeholders to support assay integration and growth. The role involves patient risk assessment, treatment decision support, and workflow implementation within healthcare systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferably in life sciences or healthcare), with 3+ years of successful sales experience in oncology, diagnostics, molecular testing, pathology, or medical devices. Strong knowledge of breast cancer treatment pathways, ability to interpret clinical data, and excellent relationship-building and communication skills are essential.
Preferred: Experience selling oncology diagnostics or precision medicine solutions, existing oncology or breast center relationships, familiarity with pathology workflows, and product launch experience.
High-Value specifics: Focus on breast cancer prognostics, AI-driven assays, clinical decision support, and healthcare provider engagement. The position requires travel within the territory, including possible evenings and weekends. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $145,000 annually.
