The Parkinson’s Disease (PD) Account Executive (AE) maximizes business opportunities for Parkinson’s on-market drug-device combination products. Develops and maintains strategic relationships with Movement Disorder Specialists, Neurologists, Advance Practice Providers, HCPs, nurses, and support staff to increase education on approved benefits/risks, identify therapeutic gaps, develop/expand business, maximize resource utilization, and achieve the sales plan. Builds compliant relationships with Parkinson’s Advocacy and patient support groups.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-label technical/scientific presentations using approved data to support quota achievement.
- Understand customer needs; partner across in-field and in-house teams to design/adapt tactics that benefit patients and HCPs.
- Serve as lead US Commercial contact for targeted accounts in assigned geography; address needs compliantly using AbbVie environment-of-care approach.
- Create and implement strategic/tactical account plans; monitor/report sales progress; communicate with stakeholders.
- Attend and represent AbbVie at local neurology society meetings, conferences, patient/support/advocacy events (some evenings/weekends) with on-label discussions per OEC/Legal guidance.
- Maintain clinical/market/payer knowledge for Parkinson’s; complete required training; adhere to policies.
- Meet HCIR credentialing requirements for facility entry (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization proof, fingerprinting/licenses as required).
- Driving personal/company vehicle or powered material handling equipment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in health/sciences/pharmacy/business (preferred) or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years sales/account management.
- 3+ years health science field or sales (≥2 years in pharma sales); or 8+ years health science sales (≥4 years pharma sales).
- Strong networking/partnership ability across functions; organizational/project management and leadership; manage multiple stakeholders in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years account management in Parkinson’s/Neuroscience/Specialty pharma.
- Specialty pharmacy product/medical device or medication pump delivery sales experience.
- Launch, leadership, advocacy/support-group education/partnering, advanced sales skills, strong business acumen and matrix navigation.
