Responsibilities:
- Drive new business by engaging qualified leads through strategic outreach, including phone calls and personalized email campaigns
- Manage and grow a sales pipeline using discretion, independent judgment, and initiative
- Accurately track sales activities and forecast revenue through Salesforce
- Develop and execute a high-volume sales plan to boost revenue and build brand visibility
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including outreach and engagement goals
- Prospect new opportunities while effectively managing multiple leads through the sales funnel
- Synthesize and leverage market data to craft relevant, tailored outreach
- Collect and document prospect feedback to refine messaging and improve sales strategies
Qualifications:
- 2β3+ years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales, business development, and strategic lead generation within infrastructure, energy, or financial markets
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Bachelorβs degree preferred
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and market dynamics (infrastructure and energy knowledge a plus)
- Must be based within commuting distance of the New York office or willing to relocate; hybrid work with in-office presence at least 3 days per week
