Position Summary:
Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a subject matter expert for FILSPARI (Sparsentan), remotely within assigned geography, providing education and case-specific support to HCPs and sales. Must have strong insurance/access barrier navigation expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as key contact for patient access and reimbursement in assigned geography.
- Lead FILSPARI onboarding support: PSF submission through REMS enrollment to reimbursement.
- Educate physician practices on PSF completion, REMS enrollment, prior authorization/appeal approvals, and steps to obtain reimbursement; closely monitor cases.
- Resolve complex escalated access issues (missing info in PSFs/REMS forms, prior auth, appeals, denials, letters of medical necessity, REMS) and coordinate with Hub/administrators/stakeholders.
- Partner to communicate challenges/solutions and ensure patient progress through reimbursement.
- Provide sales force updates: ride-alongs, weekly case status meetings, daily call logging in standardized platform, compliance with HIPAA.
- Identify local payer access trends; create quarterly business plan and educate internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (related field) required; equivalent education/experience considered.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical/health industry with Hubs, payers, HCPs or related area.
- 3+ years reimbursement/access/case management experience.
- Specialty pharma, nephrology, rare disease, REMS experience preferred.

Skills/Additional:
- Manage access complexities for new-to-market meds; build relationships with HCP offices, sales, and Hub.
- Strong understanding of commercial/private reimbursement and government payers (e.g., Medicare Part D, VA).
- Experience educating on benefit verification, prior auth, appeals, denials, letters of medical necessity, and pre-determination.
- Proficient with basic Excel/PowerPoint; ability to troubleshoot and educate virtually.
- Field-based: live in territory or immediate adjacency; travel up to 35%.
- Ability to perform face-to-face work and meet credentialing requirements within territory.

- Target base pay range: $162,000.00–$211,000.00.
