Access Care Manager - Puerto Rico

Role: Field-based Patient Access & Reimbursement Leader responsible for enhancing patient journey management, reimbursement strategies, and account-level access planning within Pfizer Specialty Care. Responsibilities: serve as primary contact for consented patients, address coverage and affordability barriers, coordinate care, and ensure therapy progression; act as reimbursement expert advising on payer policies, prior authorizations, coding, and resolving access challenges; deliver education on reimbursement pathways; develop and implement account strategies to improve access; engage with payers and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align access initiatives; provide market insights to internal teams and support strategic planning. Requirements: 8+ years in pharmaceutical or related customer-facing roles; 3-5 years of experience in Specialty Pharma, with strong reimbursement and access expertise, ideally within cardiology or rare disease sectors; proven leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and compliance experience; fluency in English and Spanish.
