Role: Senior Alliance Manager focused on strategic partnerships in oligonucleotide therapeutics, primarily siRNA drug discovery. Responsibilities: manage and develop external collaborations with pharma, academia, and tech partners; lead governance bodies; monitor contractual milestones; coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Biology, Chemistry, AI/ML, Regulatory, Legal, Finance); drive program execution and expansion; prepare senior management reports; represent the company at industry events. Requirements: Ph.D. or M.S. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, with 5+ years in alliance management or business development in biopharma; strong knowledge of oligonucleotide therapeutics, especially siRNA; experience managing complex multi-party research or licensing deals; excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and project management skills; familiarity with AI/ML applications in drug discovery; ability to negotiate legal agreements and build network within RNAi ecosystem.
