Perrigo is seeking Packaging Specialists to join our 3rd shift team. No manufacturing experience required—full training provided.
What you can expect:
- Follow SOPs, manufacturing orders, and cleaning checklists in compliance with cGMP regulations
- Operate computer-controlled equipment using an Operator Interface Terminal (OIT)
- Perform in-process testing, visual inspections, and accurately document results
- Handle materials using pallet jacks and perform basic utility tasks
- Clean and prepare equipment and packaging lines using manual and automated processes
- Complete minor equipment servicing (disassembly, reassembly, setup)
- Work around potential allergens (including specified pharmaceutical and flavor ingredients)
Experience required / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliable work habits
- Ability to work 40 hours/week with overtime as needed
- Ability to train on various shifts
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent attendance/work history
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- 6 months–1 year direct manufacturing experience
- 1–2 years general manufacturing experience
- 3–4 years non-manufacturing work experience
