Responsibilities
- Participate in a paid, ten-to-twelve-week summer program with meaningful assignments that impact the business and patients worldwide.
- Contribute to projects such as product and process optimization in manufacturing facilities, quality systems data analysis to identify compliance trends, and EHS risk management assessments.
- Work in assignments aligned to functional areas based on business needs and individual skill sets.
- Engage in rotational development opportunities with the potential for future leadership development within Operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in a university pursuing a master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related major.
- Must be enrolled in university during the semester following the internship.
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Demonstrated leadership skills (e.g., extracurricular activities or projects).
- Preferred Qualifications:
