Role Summary
2026 Spring Co-Op, INT Supply Chain in Norwood, MA. 5-month internship from January 20, 2026 – June 26, 2026. Full-duration availability required. Role supports learning from and contributing to the Moderna INT Supply Chain team across strategy, planning and execution activities.
Responsibilities
- Learn about the Moderna INT product and clinical trials portfolio
- Understand the end-to-end process from manufacturing and testing to distribution and patient impact
- Learn the “day-in-the-life” of a Distribution Planner or Supply Planner
- Support the building of basic database and Excel tools to gather and analyze operational data
- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive Supply Chain metrics framework (descriptive, diagnostic)
- Analyze existing processes and systems to identify process and technology improvements
- Use leading-edge knowledge in processes and technologies to build AI, automation and optimization solutions to enable an end-to-end intelligent platform
- Establish new processes for AI/automation/optimization model maintenance and retraining triggers
Qualifications
- Current student enrolled in a Bachelors or Master’s program in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience in building advanced technology-based solutions, including RPA and AI bots
- Strong process design and analytical skills
- Ability to learn and execute quickly
- Must have work authorization in the US without the need for future sponsorship
- Site-based role requiring presence at Moderna’s site full-time; not eligible for remote work
