Role Summary
2026 Operations Extern
Responsibilities
- Participate in AbbVie’s EXCEL Externship to gain hands-on experience in key business areas and build a network across the company.
- Engage in cross-functional professional development opportunities.
- Be considered for internship opportunities the following summer and potential full-time opportunities upon graduation.
- Contribute to assignments within operations functional areas based on business needs and skill set (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development, Science & Technology).
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in university, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field with an expected graduation date between December 2027 - June 2028.
- Willing and able to participate in an internship between junior and senior year.
- Interest and ability to relocate for an 11-week on-site internship in Branchburg, NJ, Irvine, CA, Lake County, IL, Waco, TX, or Worcester, MA; ability to be placed at other U.S. AbbVie or Allergan Aesthetics locations may apply.
