Operations
Responsibilities:
- Complete automation projects supporting vaccine manufacturing at the West Point, PA site.
- Use computer simulation to test proposed changes before implementation in the manufacturing environment.
- Author new and update existing GMP documentation.
- Support daily plant operations, including upgrades and maintenance for manufacturing equipment; collaborate with technology, quality, planning, and validation.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) gowning restrictions (e.g., remove jewelry, make-up, false nails) for some activities.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business and Engineering, or a major within the College of Computing and Informatics.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred, not required).
Position Details:
- Full-time Co-Op (Future Talent Program) up to 6 months; fixed term.
Additional Information:
- Reports to vaccine automation management.
- Salary range: $39,600.00–$105,500.00 USD.
