Requirements: 7+ years in workplace services, facilities, or related fields; experience with space planning, occupancy analysis, and leading teams; strong stakeholder management and communication skills; Bachelor's degree in facilities management, real estate, architecture, or similar. Preferred: experience in biotech or regulated environments, workplace strategy development, hybrid work programs, and familiarity with workplace management platforms and CMMS systems. Location: Primarily onsite with flexibility for key meetings or events.
