ROLE PURPOSE
Workfront Business Product Lead (drives marketing team success using Adobe Workfront marketing automation).
Role Responsibilities
- Shape and refine Workfront product strategy/vision aligned to marketing priorities.
- Develop and deliver product offerings that support end-to-end workflows for internal teams and agency partners.
- Lead work management improvements to strengthen Workfront as a central hub for operational execution.
- Build and curate a prioritized backlog addressing Workfront UX and operational efficiency gaps.
- Establish and maintain product governance (prioritization frameworks, decision rights, cross-functional alignment).
- Use data-driven metrics (adoption, efficiency, reuse, impact) to optimize backlog and performance.
- Manage stakeholder buy-in, requirements alignment, and coordination for digital delivery and release plans.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business/engagement/operations leaders to incorporate user feedback, adoption signals, and market readiness.
- Partner with digital teams and UX experts to implement a roadmap that streamlines processes and captures key metadata.
- Partner with peer platform owners to ensure integration across the marketing/technology ecosystem.
Change Management, Enablement, and Continuous Improvement
- Enable product rollout and scaling; ensure organizational readiness across processes, systems, and support teams.
- Partner with change management/onboarding teams to deliver cohesive onboarding and adoption experiences.
- Run continuous improvement cycles using user feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs.
- Articulate value propositions mapped to business needs.
Basic Qualifications (Required/Strong)
- 8+ years in product management/platform delivery.
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- Experience stabilizing/optimizing Workfront environments and improving user experience.
- Familiarity with integrated ecosystems spanning Workfront and adjacent platforms (e.g., DAM dependencies).
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders with conflicting viewpoints.
- Proficient in mapping user journeys; skilled at turning insights into solutions and user stories.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret usage data.
- Knowledge of marketing operations is a strong asset.
- Strong communication skills; able to engage senior/executive and global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with regulated workflows in pharma/life sciences.
- Masterโs degree; MBA or advanced certification in Product Management/AI preferred.
