Role Purpose
Workfront Business Product Lead drives marketing team success using Adobe Workfront marketing automation, delivering product offerings that support end-to-end workflows for internal teams and agency partners. Serves as voice of customer to shape product strategy/prioritization and improve operational execution, user experience, and measurable outcomes.

Role Responsibilities
- Shape/refine Workfront product strategy aligned to marketing priorities.
- Develop innovative offerings for end-to-end workflows (internal + agency partners).
- Lead work management improvements; strengthen Workfront as a central hub for execution.
- Create/curate a prioritized backlog; address UX and operational efficiency gaps.
- Establish product governance (prioritization frameworks, decision rights, cross-functional alignment).
- Use data-driven metrics (adoption, efficiency, reuse, impact) to optimize.
- Manage stakeholder buy-in and align requirements to release plans.
- Collaborate with leaders/UX teams to incorporate feedback, adoption signals, and readiness.
- Enable rollout/scaling; partner on onboarding and adoption experiences.
- Lead continuous improvement cycles and articulate value propositions.

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years product management/platform delivery; Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- Strong experience with regulated workflows in pharma/life sciences.
- Experience optimizing Workfront environments; familiarity with Workfront + adjacent platform ecosystems.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders; map user journeys; translate insights into user stories.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; BA/BS in business/engineering/CS or related; passion for user-centric design and AI innovation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโ€™s degree; MBA or advanced Product Management/AI certification preferred.
