Position Summary:
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations with enterprise systems (including Payroll, Benefits, and other third-party HR partner systems).
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR stakeholders to develop integration design specifications and build/maintain integrations using Workday capabilities (EIBs, Report as a Service, Packaged Integrations, Workday Studio Integrations).
- Troubleshoot Workday integration issues and identify improvement opportunities.
- Learn Workday business processes to master the integration landscape and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with HRIT team members to implement new HR Technology capabilities.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of web services, APIs, and modern integration technologies.
- 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Makes basic decisions using established procedures/methodologies (work under close supervision).
- No supervisory responsibility.
- Supports functional team members and performs basic tasks with some oversight.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to meet requests; communicates work clearly.
- Understanding of functional business context; openness to learning and development.
- Collects/reviews data sources; supports data integrity/audit readiness.
