Work Cell Leader 1 - FP

Role: Operate and oversee a work cell within Novo Nordisk's aseptic manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production of injectable diabetes treatments. Responsibilities: execute production plans, monitor equipment and processes, enforce safety/environmental standards, coordinate maintenance, lead event response and root cause analysis, manage shift resources, and ensure team training and GMP documentation. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, Associate's degree in a related field preferred, minimum 2 years of experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing, operator qualification on equipment, attention to detail in documentation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: BioWork certification, computer literacy, experience with planning and troubleshooting. High-Value: focus on aseptic fill and finish of injectable therapies, compliance with cGMP, FDA regulation adherence, and experience in a biologics or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Work setup: primarily on-site, with physical requirements including lifting, working in cold/hazardous environments, and operating in loud noise conditions; may involve working at heights or in confined spaces.
