Women's Health Clinical Account Specialist- Denver West

The Women’s Health Clinical Account Specialist (WHCAS) provides clinical information on company products, education, and clinical training support to help healthcare providers meet patients’ goals. Acts as a key, customer-facing partner and primary contact within an assigned geography.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver balanced product presentations and convey accurate technical/clinical information to encourage proper product use.
- Understand managed care/reimbursement and communicate effectively with customer segments.
- Build and maintain customer partnerships; provide updates to management on needs, feedback, marketplace dynamics, and progress to quality goals.
- Develop and execute territory/account business plans; manage complex account interdependencies.
- Conduct routine product in-services and account business reviews.
- Monitor business performance vs. objectives; identify competitive activity/market trends using tools.
- Maintain product/ecosystem knowledge and complete administrative requirements accurately and on time.
- For select accounts: serve as primary point of contact; assess practice structure, business model, key influencers, and patient needs to identify opportunities.
- Support complex procurement pathways (e.g., Buy and Bill, AOB, 340B) and related payer/public segment considerations.
Required:
- BA/BS plus 2–6 years sales experience OR 6+ years equivalent experience; excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
- Ability to analyze metrics; work independently and in teams.
- Strong organization/time management; valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel (10–20% overnight) and complete credentialing for in-person access.
Preferred:
- BA/BS plus 6–8 years sales OR 10+ years equivalent with 4+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
- Account management/consultative/customer service experience; Buy and Bill experience; women’s health industry experience.
