Job Summary:
Supervise the daily operations of a warehouse facility, ensuring accurate and timely storage, retrieval, and distribution of products in a fast-paced environment.

Principle Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Lead and motivate warehouse staff; assign tasks, set priorities, monitor progress, and ensure training, productivity, and quality.
- Quality Assurance: Handle inbound/outbound materials accurately in accordance with training (DOT, Hazmat, IATA, etc.).
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency while maintaining product integrity.
- Safety: Enforce safety protocols (DOT, Hazmat, IATA, etc.); participate in the safety committee.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate inventory transaction, shipment, and compliance records for audits/regulatory requirements.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely delivery and resolve supply chain issues.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff.
- Procurement: Monitor and maintain accurate warehouse supply levels.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and compliance metrics.
- Act as backup to Material Manager.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years’ warehouse or logistics experience
- Excellent leadership/team management skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage time and prioritize projects
- Comfortable using a computer (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (ERP) and inventory tracking software
- Attention to detail; commitment to quality and compliance
- Demonstrated writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in standard operating procedures and quality standards
