Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate safe warehouse operations in compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer service, quality, and delivery of product/services.
- Drive zero safety incidents in compliance with all EHS requirements; conduct safety activities routinely.
- Manage daily deployment of team members; delegate tasks to meet the warehouse schedule aligned with production.
- Ensure team training meets job standards; run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and survey action plans.
- Approve time and attendance on time each week; communicate important information effectively.
- Coordinate warehouse activities within the shift to meet the production schedule; ensure smooth shift handover.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory agencies; perform material checks, line clearance checks, and spot checks.
- Manage compliance issues during shift to avoid impact on lot completion.
- Manage complete cycle time and change-over time; continuously identify improvements.
- Develop direct reports through appropriate training and progressively challenging tasks; support development plans and growth opportunities.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives (OpEx).
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; degree in sciences or engineering strongly preferred.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
- Two years of manufacturing or related experience required; supervisor experience preferred.
Required/Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems such as SAP.
- Working knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs required; familiarity with documentation in a highly regulated environment; good writing skills.
- Aseptic production environment experience desirable (if applicable).
