Operations
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, sample, store, weigh/dispense, and distribute raw materials, intermediates, consumables, and components for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Unload/load materials; prepare and ship orders; process transactions in the warehouse inventory system and perform cycle counting.
- Sample raw materials for laboratory testing; visually inspect materials prior to sampling/dispensing.
- Move dispensed and kitted materials to staging/production areas following GMP material flow requirements.
- Follow safety procedures; inspect work areas; support safety incident countermeasures and safety projects.
- Follow GMP and documentation/distribution requirements; participate in quality initiatives and audits; comply with applicable regulations (FDA/EMEA/DEA/OSHA/IDEM/EPA).
- Maintain inventory levels, execute tasks as assigned, and keep learning plan at 100% current.
Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills; solid understanding of quality/policies.
- Basic regulatory knowledge (FDA, EMEA, OSHA, EPA); demonstrated judgment/initiative.
- Positive, flexible attitude; willing to work overtime; proactive/self-motivated.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize; stand/lift up to ~50 lbs./bend.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; sponsorship/visa support not provided.
Additional Preferences:
- GMP warehouse/logistics/material handling/manufacturing experience.
- Forklift/powered industrial truck certification.
- Attention to detail; prior sampling/weighing/dispensing in GMP.
- RF scanners/handheld devices; MES/WMS (SAP) experience.
Other:
- Overtime and shift flexibility required; possible hazardous material handling; direct interaction with regulators during inspections.
- Locations: Indianapolis, IN (initial); Lebanon, IN (permanent).
Pay/Benefits (if applicable):
- Anticipated wage: $17.30–$34.38. Full-time employees may be eligible for a company bonus and comprehensive benefits (e.g., 401(k), medical/dental/vision, paid time off, life insurance, well-being benefits).
