Operations
The Position
- Perform all aspects of warehousing requirements for NNPII regarding the General Warehouse & Cold Storage, functioning as part of a high-performance work team.

Relationships
- Reports to Manager Supply Chain & Logistics Support.

Essential Functions
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements.
- Inventory control of newly received components/materials, including placing in locations.
- Material requisitions and staging area replenishment.
- Physical and system transfers of semi-finished and finished product.
- Pull samples upon request.
- Physical inventory including cycle counts and annual inventory counts.
- Look-up and reorder of inventory and plant supplies.
- Preparation and shipping of finished product.
- Load/unload trailers.
- Use Prism/AS400/SAP system transactions for material transfers and inventory adjustments.
- Perform daily inspections of forklifts, warehouse, cold rooms, and freezer.
- Maintain up-to-date training status.

Physical Requirements
- Move equipment/supplies up to 33 lbs within the facility.
- Operate and inspect manufacturing equipment using hands; strap/unstrap pallets.
- Stationary (sitting/standing) up to 50% of the time.
- May require corrected vision to 20/25 and color vision (role dependent).
- Handles transport of hazardous materials.
- Occasionally works in extremely cold environments; works in loud noise environments with hearing protection.
- Able to pass a driving exam for powered industrial trucks (no valid drivers license required).

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Ability to read/write legibly and understand department documentation (required).
- Training or experience re: risks of processing/handling/storing hazardous materials (required).
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience, preferably GMP/pharmaceutical (preferred).
- Basic math skills; metric system knowledge preferred.
- Basic Microsoft knowledge (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required; SAP experience a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills preferred.
- Training/experience re: hazardous materials risks preferred.
- Ability to operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts preferred.
- Good organizational skills; ability to execute a work plan and adapt to schedule changes a plus.
