Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all warehouse operations (inbound receiving, inventory control, replenishment, supervisory responsibilities).
- Manage and develop materials team (training, coaching, performance feedback).
- Direct staffing, operational planning, and audit readiness for compliance and efficiency.
- Support and lead internal/external audits; ensure inspection readiness, accurate documentation, and follow-up on findings.
- Establish KPI- and business-aligned goals; plan/schedule daily and long-term activities.
- Oversee receiving/inventory/replenishment with FEFO compliance, full traceability, and accurate ERP transactions.
- Own SOP/work instruction lifecycle (creation, updates, compliance monitoring).
- Lead investigations (root cause analysis) and implement CAPAs.
- Initiate/manange change controls; drive continuous improvement using operational metrics.
- Coordinate training and operational requirements; collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree minimum; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 6+ years warehouse experience; 6+ years ERP and document management.
- 4+ years supervisory experience; 4+ years in a leadership role in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse/inventory/quality standards and cold-chain management.
- 2+ years operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, box trucks, cold/frozen storage systems).
- 2+ years supply chain/logistics experience.
- Knowledge of 49 CFR and IATA regulations (certification preferred).
- Leadership, organization, communication skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
