Warehouse Coordinator II
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workload for associates; assign tasks by priority.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse protocols and procedures.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Manager on improvement opportunities and implementation.
- Receive incoming materials (verify paperwork, inspect for damage, store properly).
- Ensure material readiness ahead of production campaigns.
- Issue/receive product to/from production floor; verify against documentation.
- Store hazardous materials per environmental regulations.
- Execute ERP transactions (receipt, issuance, transfer, return, destruction, label generation).
- Coordinate material sampling and release with site quality teams.
- Perform regular cycle counts as defined.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness (trash disposal, sweeping, occasional mopping).
- Coordinate hazardous waste disposal with EHS.
- Coordinate with QC for timely material release.
- Coordinate inbound delivery timing with site Buyer/Planner.
- Ensure warehouse activities comply with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards (21 CFR Parts 210/211, FDA, OSHA).
- Perform shipping for samples, semi-finished products, and temperature-sensitive materials; ensure compliant documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment (stand-up forklift, sit-down forklift, reach stacker, man-up lift, scissor lift) and complete routine equipment checklists.
- Train new warehouse employees on processes and equipment.
- Follow established SOPs and documentation procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Forklift certification required (stand-up and sit-down preferred).
- 5+ years of forklift experience.
- Prior SAP (or other inventory control) experience.
- DOT Hazardous Materials Training.
