Operations
Physical Requirements:
- Consistently/Frequently: stand, walk, lift 50 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, reach, grasp on stand-up forklift, move items/boxes, use hands/fingers.
- Occasionally: sit on sit-down forklift.
- Occasionally: exposure to loud noises/machinery.
- Consistently/Frequently: see (vision), hear, read/write, interpret information, basic math; read/write in English.
- Occasionally: simple problem solving (e.g., incorrect inventory/bin placement) and simple decision making (e.g., material quality/dirty/damaged acceptable for production).

Scope of the Role:
- Operate material handling equipment safely and transport material throughout the warehouse.
- Support drying/blending operations (restock supplies, remove empty pallets/drums/trash as needed).
- Maintain a clean work environment and properly care for equipment while adhering to cGMP standards.
- Identify and help implement process improvements for productivity, quality, and cost reduction; perform other assigned duties.
- Bag-Off Operation/Finished Totes: remove finished bulk totes from bag-off conveyor; weigh, palletize, shrink wrap, apply yellow ICC cards, scan, and move to storage bins.
- Enter finished goods into SAP: use transaction MB31; print/number yellow ICC cards and apply them in sequential order.
- Cleaning/maintaining warehouse (cGMP): follow daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly cleaning lists; complete decontamination form DFO-3103 accurately and timely.
- Assist shipping/receiving: unload/load trucks; process FedEx/UPS packages as needed.

Experience Required:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalency.
- Computer literacy; preferred experience with ERP (SAP) and Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
- RF scanner and barcode technology experience.
- Ability to follow standard work and SOPs.
- Inventory control experience (cycle counting, electronic warehouse management systems, shipping/receiving).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision; some computer proficiency.
- Current Perrigo PIE license or ability to qualify within 7 days.
- Preferred: experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong math skills (weights/measures), basic mechanical ability, reading/comprehension.
- Preferred: continuous improvement methodology.
- Must meet all locally defined training requirements.
