Warehouse Associate I (M-F 9am-5:30pm)

Warehouse Associates are accountable for accurately performing a combination of manual and automated tasks necessary for receipt, storage, transporting, picking, packing, shipping, staging, delivery etc. of product that may be hazardous, temperature sensitive, or of high value.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with policies and procedures to maintain training, safety, GxP, and governmental agency standards.
- Comprehend and accurately process paperwork per policies and procedures.
- Adapt to fast changing work demand.
- Cross-train in multiple areas of the operation while maintaining a low level of quality mistakes.
- Receive and inspect inbound product/material for infestation, overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
- Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct number and type of product.
- Transfer and locate material/product to storage or shipping locations.
- Verify quantity, quality, labeling, and address to ensure complete and accurate outgoing shipments.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; ability to complete basic math calculations and read training documents, product labeling, and warehouse signage in English.
- Pass medical screening and background checks.
- Self-motivated; ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with good multi-tasking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, general computer skills, and RF scanners; ability to solve problems and communicate verbally and in writing.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs. (and/or more with assistance); able to bend, reach, stoop, climb, stand, and walk for an 8-hour shift or more.
- Operate warehouse material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) with productivity and accuracy.
- Wear required PPE.
- Ability to work in 15Β°C to 30Β°C (59Β°F to 86Β°F) atmosphere.
