Role Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the receipt, administration, control and management of inventory of raw and packaging materials. You will operate a powered industrial truck (PIT) to perform all inventory moves. You will provide input to all data related to items purchased and used by the company.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily stock transactions. Supply material to production areas
- Operate PITs
- Efficiency with ERP system to control inventory levels and accuracy
- Complete daily checks lists and logbooks
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for departmental systems and processes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and regulations. Ensure Compliance of all eGMP processes
- This includes but not limited to site, quality and EHS SOP's.
- Maintain company core values. Treat everyone with respect and dignity
Qualifications
- Required: High School diploma
- Required: Must have basic math skills
- Required: Must have reading and writing comprehension of the English language
- Required: Flexibility to work extended hours to achieve results
- Required: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Required: Be able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods
- Preferred: 1 year of recent or consistent experience in a high energy, fast paced, cGMP warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Preferred: SAP or WMS system experience
- Preferred: Self-starter/ Self motivated
- Preferred: Ability to work with little supervision
- Preferred: Effective communicator using both oral and written skills used at all levels of the organization
- Preferred: Ability to influence others to achieve results
- Preferred: Utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to produce solutions to meet business needs
- Preferred: PIT experience or certifications
- Preferred: Inventory control experience
- Preferred: Receiving/shipping experience
