Role Summary

Warehouse Associate responsible for receipt, administration, control and management of inventory of raw and packaging materials. Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) to perform inventory moves and provide input to data related to items purchased and used by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily stock transactions. Supply material to production areas
  • Operate PITs
  • Maintain efficiency with ERP system to control inventory levels and accuracy
  • Complete daily checks lists and logbooks
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for departmental systems and processes
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and regulations; ensure compliance with all eGMP processes including site, quality and EHS SOPs
  • Maintain company core values; treat everyone with respect and dignity

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • High School diploma
    • Basic math skills
    • Reading and writing comprehension of the English language
    • Flexibility to work extended hours
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods
  • Preferred:
    • 1 year of recent or consistent experience in a high energy, fast paced, cGMP warehouse or manufacturing environment
    • SAP or WMS system experience
    • Self-starter / self-motivated; ability to work with little supervision
    • Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to influence others
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • PIT experience or certifications; inventory control experience; receiving/shipping experience
