Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the service strategy for PET scanner solutions, radiopharmacy buildouts, and imaging center service offerings.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Oversee end-to-end design, construction, and commissioning of PET scanner installations and radiopharmacy facilities, ensuring compliance with FDA, NRC, and state health regulations.
- Operational Excellence: Build scalable service delivery frameworks, including vendor management, logistics, quality assurance, and maintenance programs.
- Client Relationship Management: Lead executive-level engagement with hospitals, imaging centers, and private investors to develop customized service models and long-term partnerships.
- Financial Performance: Own P&L for the Service Solutions division; establish revenue targets, pricing structures, and margin optimization strategies.
- Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure standards for radiopharmaceutical handling, radiation safety, facility design, and medical equipment operation.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and service professionals.
- Innovation & Growth: Identify emerging technologies, service models, and partnership opportunities to expand molecular imaging and diagnostic infrastructure.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Radiological Sciences, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA) or Healthcare Management

Experience
- 10–15 years progressive leadership in medical imaging, radiopharmacy, or healthcare infrastructure development
- Track record managing complex, multi-site projects including PET/CT or nuclear medicine

Technical & Business Skills
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, contracting)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors
