Role: Senior Program Leader responsible for advancing two clinical-stage neurotherapeutic programs (RAP-641 and another) from late discovery through Phase 1 and 2 trials. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams (Discovery, Toxicology, CMC, Regulatory, Clinical, Biostatistics, Commercial), develop integrated development strategies, partner with Regulatory Affairs on IND submissions, translate preclinical data into decision frameworks, manage project timelines and budgets, and serve as internal program voice for leadership and external stakeholders. Qualifications: PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent in a relevant field; 15+ years of biotech/pharma experience, with proven leadership in small molecule development; deep knowledge of regulatory pathways; strong scientific and operational judgment. High-Value: focus on developing precision neuromedicines targeting neurological disorders such as epilepsy and bipolar disorder, with an emphasis on small molecules, early-stage clinical development, regulatory strategy, and cross-functional program management. Work Setup: hybrid in Boston, onsite Mon-Wed, with leadership exposure and stakeholder engagement.
