Role Summary

Responsible for leading portfolio-wide capabilities and teams including Market Access Strategy, Field Excellence & Training, Patient Experience / Services, Key Account Management, and Oncology Clinical Education to deliver high impact support across Incyte's U.S. Oncology portfolio. Acts as a key integrator, aligning cross-portfolio priorities and building systems and processes that enable executional excellence and scalable, efficient operations. Partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to ensure full support & enablement for the Oncology portfolio. Brings strong commercial acumen, deep expertise in the evolving U.S. market access and provider landscape, and a proven ability to lead diverse teams while navigating complex, competing priorities to drive performance. This individual will be a member of the US Oncology Leadership Team and report directly to the EVP, Head of US Oncology.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee core portfolio-wide capabilities including Market Access, Field Excellence & Training, Patient Experience, Key Account Management, Channel Marketing, and Oncology Clinical Education.
  • Stand up new Field Excellence & Training center of excellence to build future-focused capabilities across all customer-facing teams.
  • Develop best-in-class Patient Experience capability (e.g., program design, HUB, patient services) to reduce initiation barriers for Incyte's oncology products.
  • Set strategic direction and performance goals for Key Account & GPO engagement, including seamless coordination and alignment across other customer-facing functions.
  • Set Market Access strategy, including payer marketing & engagement, contracting, trade and distribution, and work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to drive pull-through.
  • Partner with Oncology leadership and enterprise teams to ensure integrated support across brands and disease areas.
  • Build scalable systems and monitor performance and impact across portfolio capabilities.
  • Work closely with Insights & Analytics function to refine access & portfolio enablement strategies and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Promote best practice sharing and capability building across functions to strengthen field execution, collaboration, and customer impact.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience (15+ years) in pharmaceutical or healthcare, with leadership roles across multiple commercial functions, e.g., Sales / Marketing, Market Access, Key Account Management, and / or Patient Services.
  • Effective in matrixed environments and demonstrated ability to influence leadership to manage competing priorities, drive clarity, and integrate across functions.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, including those focused on above-brand engagement (e.g., corporate accounts, payers, GPOs) and enabling enterprise capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. payer / provider ecosystem, with direct experience in Oncology and complex products (e.g., infused therapies).
  • Trusted people leader known for developing talent and building high-performing, agile teams.
