VP - Head of Precision Oncology Strategy & Execution

Role: Head of Precision Oncology Strategy & Execution, leading the development and operational management of the Precision Oncology Alliance (POA). Responsibilities: build strategic partnerships with cancer centers and healthcare leaders; drive multi-institutional research, real-world evidence, clinical trials, and biomarker validation; oversee governance, stakeholder engagement, and program execution; expand use of molecular data and AI for research and clinical integration; represent Caris at scientific and industry forums; develop scalable processes and lead cross-functional teams. Requirements: bachelor’s degree; 12+ years in oncology, precision medicine, diagnostics, or biotech with executive partnership experience; strong knowledge of molecular profiling, translational research, and real-world evidence; proven ability to engage C-suite and research leaders; experience in strategic partnerships and complex initiatives; excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Preferred: advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD, PharmD, MPH, MS). High-Value: oncology, precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, real-world evidence, clinical research, AI, multi-institutional collaboration, extensive travel (~50-60%).
