VP, Head of Epilepsy, R&D

Role: Serve as the scientific and strategic leader for Jazz's epilepsy R&D portfolio, driving clinical development, external engagement, and scientific innovation. Responsibilities: develop and execute epilepsy program strategies, define trial endpoints and designs, build external partnerships with academic and industry experts, lead translational science efforts bridging preclinical and clinical data, and influence internal leadership and community engagement. Requirements: MD or PhD with specialization in epilepsy, board-certified in neurology or subspecialty, minimum of 10 years in drug development with recognition as an epilepsy expert, proven leadership in clinical research and investigator-initiated studies, strong publication and presentation record, extensive network within epilepsy research communities, and experience managing global teams.
