Vice President – Global Strategic Marketing, Biosurgery (Raritan, NJ)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Global Strategic Marketing for the Biosurgery Portfolio; own global P&L levers (revenue growth, gross margin, ROI) for strategic programs.
- Drive global marketing strategy: customer insight, new product development pipeline, segmentation, product positioning, KOL engagement, and competitive dynamics.
- Prioritize pipeline and align resources; deliver project landmarks, implement cost improvements, simplify portfolio, and meet new product launch commitments.
- Build cases for new innovations/external opportunities and secure investment for the growth agenda.
- Partner with BioSurgery teams to develop and deliver an integrated innovation pipeline (customer experience, time-to-value for advanced instruments, and resourcing efficiencies).
- Own evolution of short- and long-term market/product portfolio strategies; align growth plans across categories/geographies.
- Collaborate with Surgery BU and regional/market leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Create and lead a high-performing, inclusive team and develop diverse future leaders.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years marketing; 12+ years business; 5+ years people leadership responsibility.
- Experience leading large teams through change; identify and develop talent.
- Track record translating non-obvious customer insights into solutions.
- Ability to independently develop strategy and deliver results via globally dispersed teams.
- New product launch experience; market research and VOC.
- Strong strategic/analytic skills; ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Up to 40% travel (national/international).

Preferred:
- Increased marketing/commercial responsibilities; diverse portfolio leadership.
- Large company P&L/GM/franchise leadership experience.
- Marketing programs creating new markets/segments; cross-functional experience (Sales, Finance, R&D).
- Medical device/healthcare industry experience.
