Position Summary:
- Lead two novel multiple myeloma cell therapy programs as Global Program Lead (GPL), accountable from candidate nomination through drug development, launch, and commercialization.
- Orchestrate global integrated program strategy; lead cross-functional global program teams and a high-performing matrix; manage upstream/downstream alignment and business implications; advance BMS multiple myeloma disease area strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute strategic integrated development plans; manage regulatory filings (NDA/BLA) and engagement with Health Authorities/Advisory Committees.
- Develop program and clinical strategy, commercialization strategy, and business cases; ensure access, pricing, and reimbursement needs inform trial design.
- Integrate commercialization inputs (market/labeling, forecasts, risk, valuations) to enable approval of differentiated assets and maximize asset value.
- Design, execute, and interpret competitively differentiating clinical trials; set endpoints with Health Authorities; translate data into scientific/publication and commercial strategies.
- Lead commercialization/CMCs needs (e.g., trade packaging); support KOL plans and Medical Affairs engagement.
- Inclusive cross-matrix leadership, enterprise mindset problem-solving, accountability, and values-driven leadership.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA required; advanced degree preferred (MD/PhD/MBA/PharmD).
- Drug development process experience; β‰₯10 years across drug development & commercialization with progression.
- Demonstrated leadership (build/lead high-performing team) and significant therapeutic area experience.
- Preferred/Additional: end-to-end development expertise; matrix stakeholder partnership; influence senior leaders; US/global regulatory knowledge; cross-geography collaboration; complex project execution; prior submission and prior cell therapy experience.
