Role Summary

VP Global Pricing, Value & Access (GPS) - Lead global pricing, access and value strategies to maximize patient access and long-term value for Teva’s neurology and immunology portfolio. Develop global value proposition, value story, dossiers and access/pricing strategies; lead cross-functional teams across global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead global pricing, value and access operating model and processes
  • Lead the development of pricing, value and access strategies across key pipeline and inline assets
  • Define early value propositions and payer narratives to guide evidence generation at critical stage gates
  • Partner with Medical Affairs and Clinical Development to align evidence plans with payer needs and improve reimbursement success globally
  • Oversee health economic models, literature reviews, and observational studies usingÊúÄÊñ∞ methodologies
  • Lead the development of global value dossiers and support HTA submissions for launch assets
  • Establish pricing corridors and manage international reference pricing
  • Monitor healthcare policy and payer environments; provide strategic guidance
  • Represent Market Access in Asset Maximization and Global Co-creation Teams
  • Lead the Global Value Access Strategy Team to deliver integrated market access plans
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and affiliate teams to embed access strategy into brand planning
  • Build and lead a high-performing global team and cross-functional partners
  • Engage external stakeholders to champion product value and drive healthcare practice changes

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree required (PhD or master’s in business, Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Pharmacy or related field)
  • 20+ years in the pharma industry with 15+ years in pricing and value & access roles
  • Proven Pricing and Value & Access leader with track record of delivering results
  • Deep expertise in global access, pricing or HEOR with strong understanding of global payer environments
  • Experience in Tier 1 markets (US and EU5) required
  • Experience in Specialty Pharma; Neurology/Immunology is strongly preferred

  • Deep understanding of payer landscapes, HTA requirements, and value-based pricing
  • Strong strategic leadership and cross-functional influence in matrixed environments
  • Track record of delivering market access wins and shaping pre-launch strategy
  • Recognized as an expert and leader within and outside Teva
  • Autonomy in handling complex activities; sought for guidance; ability to lead and develop others

Education

  • Postgraduate degree required (PhD or master’s degree in business, Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Pharmacy or related field)

  • Travel: Approximately up to 30% travel
