Role Overview
- Leads the evolution of the Evolus Experience through ongoing digital innovation.
- Owns discovery, testing, engineering, and scaling of new digital capabilities that unlock growth and shape engagement for providers, practices, partners, and consumers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Own and accelerate the innovation agenda for the Evolus Experience using digital to differentiate the brand and drive sustainable growth.
- Identify unmet needs and new leverage points using data, analytics, rapid experimentation, and behavioral insights.
- Ensure innovations translate into repeatable platforms, products, and capabilities (not one-off initiatives).
- Modernize digital experiences; turn digital assets into durable, compounding growth engines.
- Lead product discovery, road-mapping, and lifecycle management to balance near-term impact with long-term adaptability, reuse, and extensibility.
- Establish governance and cross-functional alignment so engineering can own delivery outcomes, quality, reliability, and technical sustainability.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration; partner with go-to-market teams to align digital products with measurable launch, adoption, and growth strategies.
- Own the global Evolus experience strategy (initially U.S.-led, “global-lite”), partnering with international leaders and delivering scalable experiences that balance consistency and local relevance.
- Identify and scale strategic digital partnerships; explore and shape monetization opportunities leveraging Evolus digital IP and platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of experience across growth, product, digital innovation, or technology-enabled experience roles.
- Blended background in growth marketing, digital innovation, and product leadership; strong understanding of how experiences drive acquisition, conversion, engagement, and loyalty.
- Experience across startup and high-growth environments; leadership in mature organizations.
- Proven ability to build and evolve end-to-end experiences (strategy through execution) with accountability for outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership of Product Management teams and Engineering leaders; delivered complex, high-impact initiatives.
- Track record of driving meaningful growth without reliance on large teams or heavy spending.
- Strong product and engineering fluency; ability to simplify complexity and improve usability.
- Data-informed decision-making; comfortable using insights to guide prioritization and trade-offs.
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator; can influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams.
- Highly collaborative and present in the Newport Beach office (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Benefits (as stated)
- Expected base pay range: $239,200 to $299,000 (Exempt position).
