Responsibilities:
- Oversee, execute, and mature the Group’s enterprise risk management framework (ERMF) aligned to a “three lines” approach; ensure risk treatment plans, emerging risk identification, and maintenance of policies, risk registers, controls, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments with risk owners and support mitigation strategies, control design/monitoring, contingency planning, and periodic risk reviews/audits.
- Oversee the Group’s business resiliency and physical security program (in partnership with the Senior Director, Physical Security and Business Resiliency).
- Provide guidance on sustainability: sustainability strategy/implementation (targets, KPIs, progress tracking), environmental compliance and risk management (environmental risk assessments and action plans), and climate-related risk management (assess/manage current and emerging climate risks; support reporting/disclosures).
- Support development and implementation of the EHS program (in partnership with the Director, Global EHS).
- Develop and maintain risk/EHS/sustainability metrics and prepare regular updates for senior management/governance forums and external reporting (as applicable).
- Lead stakeholder engagement and provide guidance/training for risk and environmental responsibilities; drive continuous improvement in risk maturity, EHS, physical security, business resiliency, and sustainability.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- 15+ years’ corporate risk management experience (ERM framework development/implementation).
- 5+ years’ senior/executive biotech/pharma experience.
- Strong knowledge of business resiliency and physical security program design/implementation.
- Knowledge of sustainability and EHS strategy development (targets, monitoring, reporting).
- Experience reporting to executive leadership and board-level committees on risk management performance.
