VP AI Technology, Innovation & Delivery

Role: Vice President of AI Technology, Innovation, and Delivery at Regeneron, leading enterprise-wide AI strategy, architecture, and engineering capabilities. Responsibilities: establish AI architecture vision, evaluate and select platforms, build Forward Deployment Engineering, lead AI product management, and develop organizational talent. Coordinates closely with the Global Capability Center in India; partners with data and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions aligned with biopharma scientific and business needs. Qualifications: BS/BA in a related field; 20+ years in applied AI/ML leadership, with proven experience in enterprise AI product management, solution architecture, and building large organizations. High-Value: deep familiarity with generative AI, agentic systems, LLMs, and modern AI platforms; understanding of how AI impacts drug discovery, clinical development, and commercialization; experience working with global teams, preferably with India-based GCC.
