Territory Account Manager (TAM) – Oral Treatment (Specialty Sales)

Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial needs and opportunities
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans with measurable objectives aligned to territory/account goals
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience
- Use data analytics, market expertise, and business acumen to identify high-priority prospects
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and addressing HCP problems, needs, and requests
- Deliver/adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and business problem-solving
- Develop relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders
- Act per compliance/regulatory guidelines and ViiV culture/values; speak up on risks/issues

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestic travel as necessary (including overnight)
- Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional influence in a matrix environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in complex market access coverage; cold chain treatment products
- HIV treatment/prevention market knowledge
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

Compensation/Benefits:
- US base salary range: $145,500–$242,500 (plus annual bonus and eligibility for share-based long-term incentive)
