Responsibilities:
- Lead and centralize portfolio-level KOL engagement strategy; create enterprise frameworks, planning discipline, and governance to generate insights.
- Support congress strategy (pre-/during-/post-activation) and customer journey design aligned to unified Tx and PrEP field teams.
- Lead the annual US business planning process and conduct three in-year strategic check-ins to reassess priorities, investments, and execution.
- Serve as primary AOR lead and portfolio strategist for dual-branded materials; ensure disciplined strategy and pull-through across teams/customers.
- Act as the strategic connector (โred threadโ) across Marketing, Medical, P2P, and Field teams to align US portfolio strategies with brand plans.
- Ensure engagement, insight, and content activities adhere to GSK/ViiV compliance standards in partnership with Medical, Legal, and Compliance.
Accountabilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing
- Leadership experience in portfolio/enterprise marketing strategy, or KOL engagement/insight generation, or business planning & investment governance, or agency and matrix leadership
Preferred:
- MBA/advanced degree; lifecycle management/launch readiness experience; enterprise thinking and executive influence; strong compliance acumen; translating insights into strategy/execution; leadership in complex matrixed organizations
